The following ingredients are what we use in our CinnaBeets capsules, as well as the how each contributes to your overall health: 

Cinnamon (Cylon) -There are actually 2 main types of cinnamon, Cylon and Cassia, both of which come from the bark of trees. Ceylon is what most people consider real cinnamon, most of which is grown in Sri Lanka. Cassia is a bit spicier and comes in several different varieties (Saigon, Indonesian/Korintje and Chinese). Cinnamon contains powerful medicinal properties, is loaded with anti-oxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, protects against heart disease, improves sensitivity to insulin, helps lower blood sugar levels, has beneficial effects on neurodegenerative diseases, protects against cancer, prevents bacterial and fungal infections and has anti-viral properties. Beet Root Beets are highly nutritious and loaded with health-promoting properties. They can support the health of your brain, heart, and digestive system, are a great addition to a balanced diet, boost athletic performance, help alleviate inflammation, possibly slow the growth of cancer cells, lower blood pressure.
